SHIPPING
We offer free shipping Canada-wide on all orders over $80. Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer shipping outside of Canada - however, if you are located in the United States and are seriously interested in purchasing one of our iSUP boards, please contact us at LotusLandPaddleCo@gmail.com, and we’ll see what we can do for you!
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer your a refund. To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must meet the following criterias:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Be in the original packaging.
Additionally, we require proof of purchase prior to completing any returns.
To start the return process, please e-mail us with your order number and your purchase date at LotusLandPaddleCo@gmail.com. You will be provided with a prepaid trackable shipping label to use for your return; the customer is responsible for paying shipping expenses for returns, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
Lotus Land Paddle Co. offers returns on our inflatable stand-up paddleboards and our dry bags. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned iSUP. If your returned iSUP meets the above criteria and your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal account within 14 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If 14 business days have passed since you received emailed approval of your refund and you haven’t received it yet, first check your credit card or PayPal account again. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at LotusLandPaddleCo@gmail.com.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
DAMAGED ON DELIVERY
If 14 business days have passed since you received emailed approval of your refund and you haven’t received it yet, first check your credit card or PayPal account again. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at LotusLandPaddleCo@gmail.com.
*We need to be alerted of damaged deliveries right away so we can handle the issue with our shipping company within a specific timeframe, and so we can ensure that we rectify the situation for our customers in a timely manner.
