WARRANTY

All Lotus Land Paddle Co. iSUP boards come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for inspecting the board upon receiving it to ensure the condition at the time of delivery is satisfactory. As a limited warranty, this warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is nontransferable to subsequent owners or purchasers.

This warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship that may affect the functionality and/or structural integrity of the board. It does not cover any damage as a result of the following: misuse or improper handling, storage, or transport; un-authorized modifications, alterations, or attempts to repair the board or any of its parts; intentional or unintentional impacts; exposure to heat or prolonged exposure to sunlight; poor user maintenance or care; incorrect set up; commercial use.
